Bridge data and design by owning behavioural analytics and UX insights. This role lives in Mixpanel and session tools (Hotjar/Clarity), turning user and merchant behaviour into concrete UX hypotheses, A/B tests, and prioritised recommendations.
Requirements
6-10+ years in Product Analytics, UX Research, or Growth roles.
Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Hotjar / Clarity, GA4/Firebase.
Strong analytical skills; SQL and comfort with querying data warehouses.
Responsibilities
Own the configuration and usage of Mixpanel
Own session analytics tools like Hotjar and Clarity
Identify UX and product friction points and opportunities
Turn findings into clear UX hypotheses and problem statements
Partner with UI & UX Manager to design and run A/B tests
