By using the Wazefa platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including job seekers, employers, and visitors.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms without prior notice.
You agree not to: post false or misleading information, impersonate any person or entity, use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, post discriminatory or offensive content, use automated tools to scrape data, or interfere with platform operations.
Employers must ensure all job postings are accurate and comply with applicable labor laws. Posting fake or misleading jobs is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any job posting that violates our policies. Employers are responsible for the content of their listings.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the platform are owned by Wazefa or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without prior written permission. User-generated content remains the property of users, with a license granted to us to display it on the platform.
Some platform services require a paid subscription. Prices displayed are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for remaining periods.
The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job postings or the outcomes of the hiring process. We are not a party to any employment relationship between job seekers and employers. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be referred to the competent courts of Dubai. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
