Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years preferred in Customer Success or Client Support
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep relationships with assigned accounts
• Manage customer portfolios to ensure high satisfaction and retention
• Lead client onboarding processes
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide performance reports
• Identify growth opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Monitor customer health metrics
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
• Maintain accurate account information in CRM systems
