The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, compliance with Omani labor laws, employee relations, and administrative HR processes.
Requirements
Omani National
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of HR experience in Oman.
Strong knowledge of Oman Labor Law, WPS, MOL procedures, and Omanization.
Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment
Arrange onboarding activities and documentation
Maintain accurate employee files
Collect and verify attendance and payroll data
Ensure adherence to Oman Labor Law
Act as first point of contact for employee queries
