Job Description

Requirements

• 2-3 years expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in the UAE is an advantage
• Arabic Speaker is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment including job posting and candidate coordination
• Complete all onboarding formalities for new employees
• Manage the offboarding process and exit formalities
• Prepare final settlements and end-of-service benefits
• Submit monthly payroll data such as Leave Requests and deductions
• Handle visa processing for new hires and renewals
• Apply for PCO exams and renew PCO cards
• Maintain and update HR processes
• Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters
• Prepare HR letters including salary certificates and NOCs
