Requirements
12 years school education or equivalent and 5+ years of recruitment experience OR Degree and 2+ years of recruitment experience
Experience with various selection processes (Digital Assessments, video interviewing)
Ability to conduct interviews using a behavioral competency framework
Responsibilities
Develop Yearly Department Recruitment Plans (DRPs)
Support specific recruitment campaigns for Dubai and globally
Agree on effective recruitment approaches using ATS, LinkedIn, and job boards
Recommend appropriate selection methodologies
Liaise with hiring managers and provide professional HR service
Maintain administrative duties in the recruitment process
