Manufacturing Engineer - ECT

Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer – ECT, you will support manufacturing operations by assisting in the implementation and improvement of production processes to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient execution on the shop floor. This role provides hands-on exposure to shop-floor operations and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Control Engineering
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in CAD software (PTC Creo, Siemens NX, or equivalent)
• 0 to 1 years of experience in Manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring workflows, standard work, and approved procedures are followed.
• Troubleshoot production issues and analyze deviations.
• Prepare and manage manufacturing documentation (Work Instructions, SOPs, MBOM).
• Support equipment, tooling, and fixture design activities.
• Support Lean manufacturing activities (5S, Kaizen, productivity improvements).
