Organizational Director

Job Description

The Organizational Director is responsible for providing leadership in Finance, HR, IT, and legal services in Greenpeace MENA. The position will develop MENA’s organizational operations capacity and provide effective support to day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Relevant educational qualification in HR Management, Finance, Economics, or Business
• More than 10 years of relevant working experience
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant senior management-leadership experience
• English essential; Arabic or French preferable

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to systems and procedures for Finance, HR, IT, and legal support
• Ensure compliance with all relevant external legal requirements
• Serve as part of the Senior Management Team
• Direct the development of financial management reports
• Lead the development of the organization’s People Strategy
