Finance Systems Manager

Job Description

Motivated and analytically strong Manager – Financial Systems & Transformation to support the delivery and continuous improvement of key financial systems across the Automotive division. This role works closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to ensure reliable system performance, strong data integrity, and effective adoption of planning, reporting, and analytics solutions.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in financial systems support or finance transformation
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience working with enterprise scale ERP and financial systems

Responsibilities

• Provide business side support for systems including SAP BPC, SAC, Tableau, and Alteryx
• Support design, configuration, and enhancement of financial planning applications
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting platforms
• Contribute to the development of management dashboards and KPI tracking reports
• Act as key liaison between Finance and IT
• Support user training and enablement initiatives
