This pivotal role will be the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and will provide comprehensive, end-to-end support for HR initiatives and employee operations. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve our employees' HR inquiries from on-boarding to exit administration. - Provide assistance for HR Systems, Administration, Payroll, Rewards, and Performance Management. - Maintain and optimize HR systems (e.g., Workday). - Oversee the company vehicle fleet operations. - Help with implementation of innovative HR processes.
