Senior Project Manager (UAE)

Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is a pivotal role responsible for the successful delivery of complex, high-value customer projects across their primary region. This role carries full accountability for delivery excellence, commercial performance, customer satisfaction, and strategic engagement outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience within IT, Software, or SaaS environments
• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise-scale projects
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Owns creation and governance of Project Initiation Documents (PID) and Project Execution Strategies
• Leads executive-level stakeholder management and governance forums
• Acts as senior escalation point for delivery, commercial, and customer issues
• Defines and governs clear, unambiguous project scope
• Develops and controls integrated, dependency-driven project schedules
• Owns full financial accountability for assigned projects and portfolios
• Ensures delivered solutions meet customer business requirements
• Mentors and coaches Project Managers
• Acts as trusted senior advisor to customers
