Job Description
To direct control and effectively manage a van sales operation of sales areas in his assigned territory to achieve the budgeted volume & margin of Almarai products by continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG sales management
Proven track record in leading large teams
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Responsibilities
Oversee and evaluate Supervisors’ performance
Deliver budgeted volume and margin for Fresh, Foods, Juice, and UHT products
Ensure weekly distribution targets are met across all trade channels
Monitor product orders to align with market demand
Enforce compliance with company credit policies
Identify and develop high-potential team members through coaching
