Our client is an industrial solutions provider seeking a Remote Industrial Engineering Specialist. You will analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for clients worldwide, identifying inefficiencies and driving productivity gains.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering.
• Proficiency in process mapping and simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic).
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote assessments of industrial processes.
• Develop improvement strategies using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Design factory layouts and material handling systems.
• Utilize simulation software to model process outcomes.
• Analyze production data for bottlenecks.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare ROI reports and presentations.
