Youth and Adolescent Officer (Knowledge Management and Data Support)

Job Description

UNICEF seeks a UN Volunteer to support Learning-to-Earning Data and Knowledge Management. The Youth and Adolescent Development (YAD) programme supports vulnerable youth through its Learning-to-Earning portfolio, strengthening employability and entrepreneurship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Social Sciences, International Development, Economics, M&E, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, M&E, knowledge management, or programme support
• Strong skills in data collection, validation, analysis, reporting, and visualization
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with database or visualization tools
• Fluency in Arabic and English required

Responsibilities

• Follow up with implementing partners to ensure timely submission and quality assurance of reports
• Review, clean, and validate data in line with UNICEF and donor requirements
• Support the design and maintenance of data extraction and storage systems
• Develop and update dashboards, trackers, and visual summaries
• Assist in producing knowledge products like briefs and presentations
• Organize and maintain programme documentation
• Contribute analytical inputs to internal learning and reflection processes
