The Manager, Core People Operations will be responsible for leading and managing onboarding, offboarding, and people operations compliance across 8 countries in the MENA region.
Requirements
7–10+ years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations
Experience supporting multiple countries, preferably within the MENA region
Solid understanding of labor laws, immigration processes, and statutory benefits
Responsibilities
Own and manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
Oversee all visa, work permit, and residency processes
Manage pension, social security, and statutory benefit registrations
Ensure HR operational practices comply with local labor laws
Lead, coach, and develop the core people operations team
