We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to lead our Abu Dhabi Galleria team. Your mission will be to develop and optimize the boutique's performance and profitability, while ensuring your team engages clients with exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Analyze available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business
• Ensure staff is trained in POS usage and maintenance
• Ensure cash control procedures are followed
• Maintain boutique image according to brand standards
• Implement and maintain merchandising directives
• Ensure associates provide highest level of customer service
• Manage client database
• Resolve client problems and complaints
• Identify and recruit new talents
• Conduct in-store training and coaching
