Community Health Workers to strengthen community-based health promotion, early identification of health concerns, and referral to health services in Eastern Libya.
Requirements
Background in health (public health, medical doctor, nurse, paramedic)
Resident or native of the target community
Ability to use Microsoft Office
Basic Arabic and English skills
Responsibilities
Conduct community outreach and health education
Support early identification of health and MHPSS needs
Facilitate referrals to primary healthcare
Maintain accurate activity records
Coordinate with community leaders and medical teams
