Senior IT Support Engineer

Job Description

Manage Microsoft 365 deployment, policies, and user roles. Day to day user support and design of networks, Vlans, and Active Directory.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience managing Microsoft 365 Environment for 100+ employees
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 deployment and user roles
• Perform day to day troubleshooting
• Design and deploy Networks, Vlans, and Active Directory
• Provide remote and onsite support for server hardware (Windows, Mac, Linux)
