Job Description

Lead, enhance, and support the Oracle Fusion HCM landscape for Miral Experiences. Act as Product Owner and Project Manager for HR technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or Computer Science
• 10+ years of cumulative experience with Oracle ERP HR modules
• Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
• Manage product backlog as Product Owner
• Oversee vendor delivery
• Manage all HR system integrations
• Develop HR reporting using OTBI
