As an Operasyon Kalite Sorumlusu at DHL Supply Chain, you will ensure the quality management system and standard operating procedures are implemented and audited in the warehouses.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Logistics, Chemical Engineering, etc.)
At least 2 years of experience in quality management or operations management
Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP and GDP standards
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Advance level of English
Responsibilities
Ensure implementation and auditing of quality management system and standard operating procedures
Report non-conformities to the Quality Assurance Unit
Guide team to ensure timely achievement of annual quality targets
Conduct daily checks through the ETQ system
Meet customer contract conditions and increase satisfaction
Lead change management and tracking
Ensure continuity of Quality and Food Safety systems
