The ICT Associate – Systems Support provides technical and operational support to ensure the effective functioning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ICT systems, applications, and digital tools used by UNOPS programmes and operations.
Requirements
Secondary school with 6 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 2 years of relevant experience is required
Experience in ICT support, web development, data analysis, or related technical roles
Responsibilities
Provide day to day technical support for internal web-based tools and digital platforms
Assist in maintaining and updating websites and internal portals using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress
Support users with troubleshooting basic system, application, and access issues
Assist in testing, documenting, and improving ICT workflows and tools
Assist the ICT specialist in development and maintenance of web interfaces and dashboards
Assist in integrating data outputs into web platforms
Support the ICT specialist in data cleaning, validation, and basic analysis using Python and SQL
Maintain structured databases and ensuring data accuracy
