Officer - Regulatory Operations

Job Description

This role is responsible for managing all official communication and regulatory processes with UAE government entities, including ministries, immigration, and MOHRE. This includes processing employment visas, Emirates IDs, labor cards, and medical tests.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Public Relations Officer in the UAE
• Valid UAE driver’s license
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and visa regulations
• Effective communication skills in Arabic and English

Responsibilities

• Manage system entries on government portals (Tasheel, E-Channel, GDRFA, MOHRE)
• Handle full process of visa applications (new, renewal, cancellation)
• Coordinate medical fitness testing and Emirates ID applications
• Ensure company compliance with labor laws and immigration regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all government submissions
• Represent the organization at government offices
