Performance Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive Intern to support SEO, paid ads, CRM campaigns, and B2B growth, with strong potential for full-time hire. The intern will work closely with the Growth Officer and sales team, supporting performance marketing, content creation, CRM-driven campaigns, and market research across multiple regions (Lebanon, GCC, and Africa).

Requirements

• Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (student or fresh graduate)
• Strong interest in digital marketing, performance marketing, and analytics
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced B2B environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and optimizing WordPress website pages
• Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research and on-page optimization
• Assist in creating, monitoring, and optimizing Google Search & Display Ads
• Participate in monthly performance audits using Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Create and optimize educational content for LinkedIn and blogs
• Support execution of drip campaigns for lead nurturing
• Perform weekly CRM analysis
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research
