Senior Real Estate Manager - Fit-Out and Maintenance

Careem is building the Everything App for the greater Middle East. We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Engineer specializing in interior fit-out for warehouse and fulfillment center projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in contributing to real estate feasibility studies, providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle, and offering post-contract facilities management support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on interior fit-out for warehouse and fulfillment center projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Experience with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the real estate team to assess feasibility and develop design concepts for interior fit-out.
• Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure quality control.
• Provide technical support during the construction phase, resolving any technical issues.
• Assist in the procurement process, including obtaining bids and negotiating contracts.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings and specifications.
• Provide post-contract facilities management support.
