Job Description

The HSE Manager supports plant management in implementing company and regulatory HSE requirements for 24/7 O&M activities at an industrial facility.

Requirements

Minimum of 15 years’ experience in HSE management
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in OHS or Environmental Science
NEBOSH International Diploma
ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor certification
IOSH Certified Member

Responsibilities

Define and execute annual HSE objectives and KPIs
Lead the plant HSE team
Oversee PTW, LOTO, and energy isolation controls
Lead risk assessments for O&M operations (toxic gases, ATEX, etc.)
Develop and test Emergency Response Plans
Lead incident investigations using ICAM or TapRooT
Monitor contractor compliance
Coordinate safety training programs
