Requirements
10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
Familiarity with AI, CX platforms, CCaaS, SaaS, or digital transformation
Proven ownership of USD 5M+ annual revenue
Currently located in the UAE
Responsibilities
Own enterprise revenue growth in UAE with focus on AI-led CX transformation
Personally drive strategic accounts while building a scalable GTM motion
Manage and coach a team of Account Directors and CX leaders
Lead consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Partner closely with Product, Presales, Marketing, and Delivery
