Job Description

Clinikit is an innovative cloud-based clinical management platform. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead to translate business requirements into technical specifications, design architectural decisions, and lead technical discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience
• 3+ years as a senior or lead engineer owning architectural decisions and feature design
• Strong professional experience with React.js, Next.js, and Node.js

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Design and document system flows, sequence diagrams, and integration patterns
• Lead technical discussions and architectural reviews
• Mentor engineers and enforce engineering standards
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant, multi-AZ architectures on AWS
• Manage microservices decomposition and domain boundaries
