Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

Join the Timken team to help drive what's next in the efficiency of industrial equipment. You will coordinate the conception, engineering, and implementation of manufacturing processes. This role includes leading continuous improvement projects using new technology and providing engineering expertise at local and corporate levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or other technical field required.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing and the Lebanon facility.
• Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office Suite, SAP, CAD, and Siemens NX.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and implementation of continuous improvement projects.
• Process and product development.
• Facility related improvement as it applies to the integration and implementation of new technology.
• Specify technical solutions to assure production processes are capable of producing product within defined tolerances and specifications.
• Provide the technical direction of new processes to meet the demand of future programs and part numbers.
• Provide engineering expertise for plant problem solving.
