Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Emirati talent across the UAE. This role drives the company’s Emiratisation strategy and acts as the key HR Business Partner for UAE nationals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Emiratisation, HR, or talent acquisition within the UAE
Strong knowledge of Emiratisation policies and UAE labor law
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for UAE nationals
Develop and improve the Emiratisation strategy
Design and monitor training programs tailored for UAE nationals
Act as the main HR Business Partner for UAE nationals
Organize local career fairs and university engagements
