Job Description

Digital Impact Associates perform a full range of procedural activities in support of ICT to ensure effective communication with client departments and efficient provision of support to other ICT staff.

Requirements

• Completion of Secondary education is required
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in information technology

Responsibilities

• Providing first-level support including receiving, processing and logging service requests
• Managing lifecycle of ICT incidents assigned in service management tool
• Providing support in conferencing with ICT and audiovisual equipment
• Maintaining ICT inventory, manuals and other documentation
• Installing/upgrading, configuring and maintaining systems and equipment
• Providing direct support during cybersecurity incidents
• Identifying sensitive data and supporting access controls
• Supporting organizational cybersecurity awareness
