Job Description

Paid internship within the HR-OD Department, focusing on Learning & Development with exposure to other OD functions in a leading FMCG organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial engineering, or related field
• Excellent command of the English language

Responsibilities

• Support the L&D team in coordinating training programs
• Maintain training records and documentation
• Support other OD activities as required
• Assist with data analysis and reporting
