Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in HR management, ideally within luxury hospitality
Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Deep understanding of UAE labor laws and compliance requirements
Fluent in English
