The first person responsible for HSE supervision in the whole process of ground construction: supervise the implementation of the contractor's HSE management system, and review the safety measures in the construction plan.
Requirements
College degree or above in safety engineering, environmental engineering or civil engineering
More than 10 years HSE management experience in petroleum/construction industry
Holding of registered safety engineer or NEBOSH certificate
Fluent in English
Responsibilities
Supervise implementation of the contractor's HSE management system
Review safety measures in the construction plan
Inspect and monitor high-risk operations (hoisting, excavation, heavy machinery, etc.)
Conduct daily inspection, record and track the rectification of hidden dangers
Pre-inspection on contractor driver qualifications and vehicle reports
Be Responsible for emergency response and investigation controls
