HR Recruiter

Job Description

Professional and experienced HR Recruiter to support the Human Resources Department by managing end-to-end recruitment activities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within group organizations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Candidate must hold a valid visa with a minimum of 30 days validity

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
• Support candidate orientation and trial period activities
