Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the IT Assistant will support MSME-focused programs by providing technical and IT operational support. The role includes API monitoring, incident management, and data visualization.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years practical experience in IT systems maintenance.
2 years hands-on experience in Angular 18, NestJS 11, and MySQL.
Responsibilities
Monitor and support software delivery systems by validating RESTful APIs.
Troubleshoot backend and integration issues related to authentication.
Support service request processing by logging incidents.
Assist in hardware and software installation and LAN configuration.
Maintain internal datasets and support data visualization dashboards.
