Support the Group Head of Human Resources and Country Director – KSA in delivering HR and administrative functions across KSA assets. Oversee administrative policies, procedures, audits, and follow-ups to ensure compliance with internal standards and KSA regulations. Support company licence applications, renewals, and related government documentation. Maintain accurate filing systems, records, office equipment, and supplies. Manage all official correspondence and documentation. Support employment and government-related processes in line with KSA regulatory systems, including employee records management. Administer visa and entry processes. Support recruitment activities for KSA assets, including talent research, interview coordination, onboarding documentation, and compliance checks. Prepare accurate reports, presentations, budgets, and operational trackers.
