Multilane is adding an IT teammate to strengthen frontline support. You will be responsible for receiving and resolving incidents through the Service Desk, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and maintaining company computer systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
1–2 years of experience.
Responsibilities
Receive, log, categorize, and resolve incidents/requests through the Service Desk.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues in person and remotely.
Provision and maintain user access (accounts, email).
Setup and configure laptops, desktops, and printers.
