Product-minded with a strong UX perspective

Advise on HR requirements, hiring processes, and recruitment best practices
Review and improve job posting, discovery, matching, and application flows
Help define marketplace logic such as visibility, relevance, and trust
Provide product feedback to enhance employer and candidate experience
