As a Finance Operations Specialist (Accounting), you will support the Finance department by ensuring accurate account management, timely processing of financial transactions, and preparation of reliable financial reports.
Requirements
Proven experience in accounting or finance operations
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications
Previous experience in a high-volume Accounts function
Relevant degree in Accounting or related business discipline (Advantageous)
Responsibilities
Process and record financial transactions accurately
Ensure that accounts are reconciled on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Handle account inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and manage disputes
Assist in preparing financial reports
Support payment processes ensuring deadlines are met
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards
