Job Description

As part of the META - Digital Customer Interface team, we play a key role in connecting META airlines with Digital Labs, ensuring airline business needs are translated into high‑quality digital solutions. Our responsibility spans the entire delivery lifecycle — from requirements gathering and solution definition to coordinating implementation and delivering to production.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify customer requirements to ensure smooth delivery.
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery, from idea to production.
• Track dependencies to Amadeus product features and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide business perspectives and ensure customer voice is heard in internal forums.
• Design digital solutions and present them to stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal dependencies (e.g. PSS).
• Provide support for using product features, including technical behaviors and documentation.
• Investigate defects raised during construction phases.
• Create product vision, business objectives, and product requirements.
