Finance Director FMCG Manufacturing

Job Description

The Finance Director will lead all financial operations, planning, and reporting for a well-established FMCG manufacturing group in Oman. This is a senior leadership appointment with full ownership of financial strategy, governance, and capital discipline.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Senior finance leadership experience within FMCG or manufacturing environments
• Strong background in FP&A, treasury, and financial governance

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, capital deployment, and investment governance
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
• Manage treasury, cash flow, and working capital optimisation
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and regulatory engagement
• Design financial frameworks to support growth and expansion
