Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Description

An established engineering organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support the delivery of large-scale building and infrastructure projects. This is a senior technical role with responsibility for design oversight, engineering assurance, and coordination across multi-disciplinary project environments.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional engineer certification or local authority registration preferred
• Extensive experience on large buildings, infrastructure, and civil projects
• Professional fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Act as discipline engineer for high-quality electrical services
• Undertake concept development and detailed design
• Review, verify, and sign off technical designs and specifications
• Provide technical input for safety, quality, schedule, and cost
• Plan and coordinate activities of engineering teams
• Support discipline lead with technical assurance and standardisation
• Review and endorse technical deviations
• Contribute to development of engineering capability through mentoring
