Requirements

• Previous L&D experience in hospitality
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, HR, or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver pre-opening training programs
• Conduct onboarding and service excellence training
• Prepare training materials and schedules
• Maintain training records
