Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or related field
Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding coordination
Support office administration including filing and expense tracking
