Requirements

• 2 years UAE experience in snagging or building inspection

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed snagging and inspection for residential units.
• Inspect HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Identify defects and poor workmanship.
• Prepare professional inspection reports with photos.
• Conduct re-inspections to verify rectification.
