Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machines to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality output in line with company standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical certificate (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial field preferred)
• Previous experience in operating manufacturing or packaging machines is preferred
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and production processes

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines according to standard operating procedures
• Set up machines and adjust parameters before production runs
• Monitor machine performance and product quality
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance
• Record production data and quality checks accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S standards)
