The part-time Office Manager is responsible for managing the general operations and facilities in the Singapore office, ensuring the office is fully operational during working hours. This role provides key support to the HR, finance and IT team.
Requirements
At least 2-3 years’ experience in similar capacity
Responsibilities
Reception desk management
Oversee work-desk allocation
Research and book travel and accommodation
Support the HR/Talent Team in various initiatives
Manage external contracts including cleaners and stationery
