Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Partner to support the Builder Experience Team (BeXT). This role focuses on the employee experience, influencing change, and partnering with leaders to develop forward-looking strategies focused on talent management, compensation, and employee relations.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
• 7+ years of relevant Human Resources Generalist experience
• Fluency in Arabic language
• Ability to travel 20% of the time

• Consult, coach, and develop leadership on talent management and performance
• Advocate for Builders' needs through end-to-end experiences
• Serve as first point of escalation for HR teammates and concerns
• Conduct complex workplace investigations
• Design and implement new approaches to effect continual improvements
