15+ years of experience in business development, commercial, or sales roles
Mandatory experience working with an offshore drilling contractor

Act as the primary interface between clients and internal operations
Lead development and execution of business development strategy
Own and manage all commercial drilling contracts
Maintain senior-level client relationships
Oversee board-level materials and monthly reporting
Lead localization and value creation initiatives (IKTVA)
Collaborate with Supply Chain, HSE, and Operational Excellence teams
