As Property Duty Manager, you will oversee all property operations to ensure the highest levels of hospitality and service are consistently delivered. Acting as the representative of property management, this role resolves guest or property-related concerns promptly while ensuring smooth operations across all departments. In the absence of the General Manager and Director of Operations, the Duty Manager assumes full responsibility for maintaining the property across both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) areas. You will serve as Guest Relations Manager, greeting and assisting guests in the lobby, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring compliance with brand service standards. This position is empowered to make operational decisions and ensure seamless continuity of management.
